Jah Surf Introduction
It is with much Love & Respect that we introduce ourselves to you. We are Jah Surf, a group of people committed to bringing the freedom of surfing and the soul gripping sounds of reggae to the masses. We started as a simple surf and reggae party, which has quickly formed a life of its own, growing into a movement of earth, body and soul. Therefore, everyone is Jah Surf. We all encompass the spirit of reggae music and the freeness of surfing. Jah Surf is joining these forces as one, and releasing them at our weekly events, live shows, surf contest and expos in the hopes of freeing your imagination and spirits. We will strive to accomplish our mission by heightening your awareness to what is going on in the inside and out. We want you to set your mind free, and make you understand that Jah Surf has no limits, make Jah Surf whatever you want it to be. For you have created Jah Surf and Jah Surf it will always be. Jah is everlasting.

The window for the contest opens Thanksgiving day weekend Nov 25. There will 8 divisions: Jr Mens, Mens, Masters, Longboard(open), womens(open), bodyboard (open), pros(which will have at least $1000 in cash prizes) & courtesy of NO FEAR an air contest with a $500 prize. In each of the amateurs division we will have a max. of 24 competitors.Call The Jah Surf Report 786-276-OLAS(6527) For updates as well as the here on the website and if we have your email we will email you the updates and the announcement of the contest the day before. Contest will start promoptly at 7:30 am with the Jr Mens division starting it off.

'Third Thursdays' are returning Thursday April 21 at the Purdy Lounge 1811 Purdy Av South Beach just west of Alton Road and 21st St.
A press party for the release of Buju Banton's new single 'Magic City' and music video will happen from 8-10pm.
Then the party starts at 10p and til 12m ladies drink free. JAH SURF will have the world premiere of the surf video 'International Hot Shots,' with footage from the North Shore starring the Irons Brothers, the Hobgoods, the lopez's, Slater, Parko, Wardo and more.
Courtesy of One Eye Productions. Two rooms of reggae music the main room will be LANCE-O spinning reggae and dancehall and the back room w/Mello-D spinning dub and roots. All this and it's absolutely free. Special surprise guest pro surfers.

JAH SURF has a new event called 420 Sunday at the Sandbar in Coconut Grove.
Located at 3426 Grand Av. We start this Sunday during the Coconut Grove Arts
Festival, so stop on by. We start at 4:20pm. We will be doing roots reggae,
surf videos, a Chilo surfboard raffle, a Boris Skateboard and a pair of Anarchy
Sunglasses. There will also be a bikini contest for cash $$$$$$$$$. Lots of
giveaways and more so stop by from 4:20pm this Sunday Feb 20. This will be a
monthly event. The next 4:20 Sunday will be Sunday March 20.
